Today I have a new collaboration beer and series coming from Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR. This is Catharina Guava Sour and it will be part of the new Shifties Series. The beer is a Latin American beer style originally from Brazil and it will be a sour ale brewed with guava and raspberries. This sour is a collaboration with Xicha Brewing in Salem, OR and it will hit 5%-AbV. You’re looking at the 12oz can and stay tuned for release timing.
