Trader Joe’s Seltzer flavored with Lemon and Ginger Juice : Mixology

Bought a few cans at TJs and can’t help but think this could be used in a really nice cockail. Basically seltzer with some lemon and some ginger juice (not flavors) – nice ginger bite to it. Tried mixing it with bourbon and some bitters but so far no luck.

Anyone else tried this one?
