Windows 10 with 176 MB RAM… : Windows10
I was aware that someone was able to get Windows 10 on 192 MB ram, but I decided to take it a step further. Using Windows 10 2004 32bit, I was able to slowly bring the RAM amount down megabyte by megabyte.
